How can you use this?
First by using vague language you create agreement.
Then you become more specific.
When it gets rocky, you can go sideways – tell a
story – use a metaphor.
Do they come into agreement?
No: then go vague again.
If they come back into agreement, then you can go
more specific again.
Up, down and sideways, until you find
agreement.
Try being vague. It may sound strange, but it is
important to make that first connection, it is the way
we function.
